REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your consultation session must be cancelled within 12 hours of the starting time (GMT +2:00 Pretoria time zone) of your consultation session. Unfortunately, for any cancellation of an consultation session that is less than 12 hours from the starting time (UTC +2:00 Pretoria time zone), refunds will not apply.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products for example e-books
To complete your application for a refund, please send an email to groets@wol.co.za within 12 hours of the starting time (UTC +2 time zone) of your consultation session; with "Cancellation and Application for a Refund" in the subject line. Your session will be cancelled, and your application for a refund will be assessed according to the booking software used on the online store.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation email has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation and refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
